New Phone App Increases Convenience

Hospitality at Work (H@W) has announced a new phone app that will provide increased convenience to office tenants at Miller’s Landing. H@W is the property management provider for the upcoming 150,000 square-foot office building at Miller’s Landing. 

“The H@W team delivers superior on-site management combined with hospitality inspired services and programming centered around food, health and wellness, professional development, and giving back to the local community,” said T.J. Tarbell of Hospitality at Work. “An on-site building host provides for company, employee and guest needs on a daily basis” he added. 

Phone App Services

The new phone app will provide Miller’s Landing office tenants with a variety of services, including:

  • Order ahead services. The app enables tenants to order and pay for items for increased convenience and to limit in-person interactions. 
  • Conference rooms and amenity area reservations.
  • Up-to-date building information from the property management team to help tenants navigate the office.
  • Push notifications and the ability to RSVP to property community events and services.
  • Newsletters, videos and webinars that can be accessed remotely and allow for interaction between tenants and the rest of the Miller’s Landing community. 
  • Up-to-date information on new company policies/procedures or updates from the Miller’s Landing team.
  • Access to exclusive perks and specials, both on-line and with local retailers.
  • Information on fitness classes, weekly trivia competitions, raffles, recipes, wellness topics and more.

Innovative Working Spaces

The 150,000 square-foot office at Miller’s Landing will offer innovative working spaces that are ideally suited to today’s new normal working environment. The building’s features will include abundant natural light and an interior lighting system that maximizes health and productivity. It will also be equipped with a modern HVAC system that provides a healthy indoor office environment that meets new normal standards in the era of COVID-19.

Marketing of the new office building will be handled by H@W subsidiary company Rise Commercial Property Services. Rise is a leader in proactive and responsive real estate services. The new office is expected to be available in 18 to 24 months.

“The H@W team will bring hospitality inspired services and programming to the office environment,” she added. “Tenants at Miller’s Landing will have a work experience like no other.”
